Eric Leeman, Esq. is a Partner / Personal Injury Attorney (Pat, Jimmy, and I are either all Partners, or all Attorneys – make it consistent) of the Florida offices of Kelleher Law, a personal injury law firm proudly serving clients in Naples and Fort Myers. (Should we be saying “throughout Florida”?)

Eric is driven by working with his clients to achieve the best results. As a former litigation attorney for one of Florida’s largest insurance defense firms, Eric has a deep understanding of how the insurance companies operate. Using this experience, Eric provides experienced guidance to his clients, and zealous advocacy for their injuries.

A member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Collier and Lee County Bar Associations, Eric focuses on insurance claims, including automobile accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death matters.

When ask where he is from, Eric simply says, America. Born in Anaheim, California, Eric has lived in Bay City, Michigan; Sacramento, California; and Roswell, Georgia prior to moving to Naples, Florida in 2017. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Georgia State University, and received his Juris Doctor from the Ave Maria School of Law in Naples.

Outside the courtroom, Eric is a proud resident of Naples. He enjoys the never-ending grilling season, playing golf, and spending time on the water both fishing and cruising with his wife, Kathleen, and 2 young girls, Julia and Cecilia.
