Our “Jim for Justice” is an excellent addition to the ABOTA Foundation as he’s worked for more than 30 years to help victims of personal injury claims such as auto accidents and workers’ compensation.
The ABOTA Foundation is driven to ensuring equal justice for all by promoting and improving the American civil justice system. Their goal to preserve the Seventh Amendment for the right to civil jury trials will help generations to come. The foundation is dedicated to supporting and inspiring law students and lawyers to “serve as ethical, civil and skilled advocates for the Seventh Amendment and our civil justice system.”
Our accident attorney is a member of several notable organizations including The National Trial Lawyers, American Association for Justice, New York State Bar, The Florida Bar, and many others. He’s worked diligently to help our injured clients and has many successful verdicts and settlements under his belt.
