The goal behind these extensive criteria is to find personal injury attorneys who have attained the highest degree of professional achievement by putting the client first. The process requires three main steps. The first of which is the nomination itself which can come from peers, current and former clients, or the American Institute’s review committee. The committee then researches the nominee to determine whether their client ratings and successful history meet or exceed the required qualifications. Lastly, the final selection process decides the ten best recipients, which means this list is often comprised of the Best of the Best.
