Jimmy Kelleher is a personal injury attorney at Kelleher Law, PA. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida, and is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar Association.
Jimmy was born in Buffalo, NY. He moved to Naples, FL at a young age and attended St. Ann’s Elementary School. He moved to Atlanta for high school and graduated from the renowned Blessed Trinity Catholic High School. After graduating, Jimmy attended Kennesaw State University, where he was a manager of the Owl’s basketball team. Jimmy often jokes that he is the only “collegiate athlete” born from the “ultimate” college athlete—Jim Kelleher Sr.
After graduating with a political science degree from Kennesaw, Jimmy decided to attend Ave Maria Law School. He entered law school alongside his sister, Mary Clare. Jimmy excelled academically in law school, earning multiple Cali awards (an award given to the first in the class) throughout his time. However, Jimmy’s true niche during law school (and now as a trial attorney) was his ability to compete and win in oral arguments. In his first year of law school, he was a finalist in the St. Thomas More Appellate Competition. After his performance, he was recruited to participate in Moot Court. Out of all the oral arguments he excelled in, his favorite win was against his sister in their final oral argument in law school—he will never let her live this down.
Jimmy has a passion and a natural aptitude for helping his clients. He truly understands what you need most in your time of need and will go above and beyond to help. His passion for litigation makes him a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom. If you put your trust in Jimmy, your expectations are sure to be exceeded.
When not practicing law, you can find Jimmy studying and watching every sports game possible. Next time you see Jimmy, test him on his sports knowledge.
